
The School of Public Health has set a high priority on establishing a diverse school community, representative of the nation's population within the broad ethnic and racial diversity of the City of Philadelphia. We greatly value the learning community created with a diverse lens.
The school has one of the most diverse schools of public health in the nation. Our student ethnicity breakdown for the 2008-09 academic year follows:

Gender-wise, we are 70% female and 30% male. The average age of students enrolled at the School of Public Health is 27.
