Jennifer Kolker holds a master's degree in public health policy and administration from the University of Michigan. She was formerly a senior policy associate with Public Works, a consulting firm that provides public policy research and analysis to government agencies and officials, non-profits and think tanks across the country. Prof. Kolker has also served as Assistant Director of Health Planning and Analysis for the Philadelphia Department of Public Health. She has experience in planning and policy development for health and welfare, early childhood education, maternal and child health, including obstetric care and access, and public health infrastructure.
Research Interests: Maternal/child health; government and public health; health and welfare policy.
