Carol Ann Gross-Davis comes to Drexel University School of Public Health as Assistant Professor in Environmental and Occupational Health, through an Intergovernmental Personnel Agreement with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region III office.
Ms. Gross-Davis received her MS from Drexel University, College of Engineering, in 2001. She obtained her BS in Biology from Cabrini College in 1991. She has been trained in the field of environmental science and engineering and uses these principles to execute environmental policy and regulations to address the quality of our environment and the connection to our quality of life.
In addition to her scientific training, Ms. Gross-Davis has 16 years of experience in Federal Government as an environmental scientist for the EPA. Through her work at EPA she has experience in a broad range of Environmental Programs at the Federal, State and local government level focused on implementing and developing regulations and policy to support various initiatives, including Brownfields Program and Hazardous Waste Program, Water Management Program and Partnerships and Innovation with Stakeholders.
