American Institute of Bisexuality

The American Institute of Bisexuality encourages, supports and assists research and education about bisexuality, through programs likely to make a material difference and enhance public knowledge, awareness and understanding about bisexuality.

Beta Phi Omega Sorority, Inc.

Beta Phi Omega exemplifies a deep rooted, diverse, and unique representation of sisterhood and service. Through community structure, award winning programs, and constant high recognitions, we have made our mark all over the Unites States and abroad. BiNet USA

BiNet USA Is America's umbrella organization and voice for bisexual, pansexual, fluid and all other "somewhere in between" people as well as their lesbian, gay, transgender, "straight but not narrow" and questioning friends and allies. BiNet USA promotes bisexual, pansexual and bi-inclusive visibility; and collects and distributes educational information regarding sexual orientation and gender identity with an emphasis on the bisexual and pansexual and allied communities.

Bisexual Resource Center

The BRC is committed to providing support to the bisexual community and raising public awareness about bisexuality and bisexual people. Because bisexuals today are still misunderstood, marginalized and discriminated against, the Center strives to create a world where love is celebrated, regardless of sexual orientation or gender expression.

Center for Disease Control and Prevention: LGBT Health Section

The CDC is dedicated to protecting health and promoting quality of life through the prevention and control of disease, injury, and disability in America. This site provides information about the health concerns of LGBT populations.

Community HIV/AIDS Mobilization Project: CHAMP

CHAMP is a national initiative building a powerful community-based movement bridging HIV/AIDS, human rights, and struggles for social, racial and economic justice: HIV Prevention Justice.

Fenway Institute

The Fenway Institute at Boston’s Fenway Health conducts LGBT health research and evaluation, education and training, and public health advocacy. Fenway is affiliated with Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Research affiliations include Massachusetts General Hospital, Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Harvard and Brown Medical Schools.

The Global Alliance for LGBT Education: GALE

GALE is a learning community focusing on education about lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) issues. GALE promotes the full inclusion of people who are disadvantaged because of their sexual orientation, sexual identity and their expression by identifying, enhancing and sharing educational expertise. The membership of the community is open to anyone actively involved in education about LGBT issues. GALE is a foundation, registered in The Hague, The Netherlands.

The Gay Men's Health Summit is a national call to all LGBT/ queer communities and our important allies from across this nation.

Gender Education and Advocacy: GEA

GEA is a national organization focused on the needs, issues and concerns of gender variant people in human society. GEA seeks to educate and advocate, for all human beings who suffer from gender-based oppression in all of its many forms.

Gender Spectrum

Gender Spectrum provides education, training and support to help create a gender sensitive and inclusive environment for all children and teens. "In a simple, straightforward manner, we provide consultation, training and events designed to help families, educators, professionals, and organizations understand and address the concepts of gender identity and expression."

The Human Rights Campaign: HRC

HRC IS the largest national lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender civil rights organization. HRC’S health information has historically focused on issues surrounding the HIV/AIDS pandemic. However HRC is dedicated to the coverage of all health related issues facing the LGBT community and broadening its information scope to include issues such as lesbian health, healthcare discrimination and the Healthcare Equality Index (HEI), a project that provides a quality indicator for healthcare related to LGBT people.
 

The International Federation of Black Pride

The IFBP is a coalition of Black Pride organizers formed to promote a multinational network of LGBT/SGL (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender/Same Gender Loving) community-based pride organizations with members in Toronto, Johannesburg, and London, and partners in LGBT Communities in Ghana, Uganda, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Kenya and Cameroon. In addition, the IFBP has provided support to Black LGBT groups in Jamaica, Trinidad and Guyana.

The International Foundation for Transgender Education

IFGE promotes acceptance for transgender people. We advocate for freedom of gender expression and promote the understanding and acceptance of All People: Transgender, Cis-gender, Transsexual, Crossdresser, Agender, Gender Queer, Intersex, Two Spirit, Hijra, Kathoey, Drag King, Drag Queen, Queer, Lesbian, Gay, Straight, Butch, Femme, Faerie, Homosexual, Bisexual, Heterosexual, and - You!

The International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Intersex Association: ILGA

ILGA is a world-wide network of national and local groups dedicated to achieving equal rights for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender and intersex (LGBTI) people everywhere. Founded in 1978, it now has more than 670 member organizations. Every continent and over 110 countries are represented.

The Intersex Society of North America: ISNA

The ISNA is devoted to systemic change to end shame, secrecy, and unwanted genital surgeries for people born with an anatomy that someone decided is not standard for male or female. "Intersex" is a general term used for a variety of conditions in which a person is born with a reproductive or sexual anatomy that doesn’t seem to fit the typical definitions of female or male.

The LGBT Aging Issues Network: LAIN

LAIN works to raise awareness about the concerns of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) elders and about the unique barriers they encounter in gaining access to housing, healthcare, long-term care and other needed services.

The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Caucus of The American Public Health Association

The LGBTC is a forum for public health workers interested in gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender issues. The LGBT Caucus has been in official relations with the APHA since 1975. Since that time, the Caucus has provided a forum that supports the educational interchange among other LGBT public health members. We also encourage interchange between others who are not LGBT but are interested in our issues.

LGBT Health Channel: Your LGBT Health Community

Developed and monitored by experts in LGBT health care, lgbthealthchannel provides trustworthy information about health and wellness issues that affect the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender communities. Advisors are based at Fenway Community Health, lgbthealthchannel is a health information website from Healthcommunities.com, Inc.

LGBT Issues Committee of the Group for the Advancement of Psychiatry: GAP

At this website LGBT/GAP presents an introductory mini-course in LGBT health and mental health for trainees and practitioners in any field. In a very accessible format, this series of modules provides a basic learning guide for working with LGBT clients. All modules include learning goals and objectives. Each module begins with a pre-test to help participants assess their existing knowledge about specific topics, followed by a post-test to assure that learning goals have been achieved. Modules also have relevant links, resource lists, and references to facilitate deeper exploration of topics. Hosted by the Association of Gay and Lesbian Psychiatrists.

Mautner Project: The national lesbian health organization

Mautner Project improves the health of Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender (LBT) Women who partner with women (WPW) and their families. The Project conducts primary research about LBT women‘s health, promotes LBT health activism at the national, state and local levels, advocates for public & private sector research on lesbian health and for complete LGBT inclusion in mainstream health initiatives, educates policymakers, the press, and the general public about LBT women’s health, and mentors the next generation of LGBT health advocates, policy makers, and providers.

The National Association of Lesbian and Gay Addiction Professionals

NALGAP's mission is to confront all forms of oppression and discriminatory practices in the delivery of services to all people and to advocate for programs and services that affirm all genders and sexual orientations. NALGAP provides information, training, networking, and advocacy about addiction and related problems, and support for those engaged in the health professions, individuals in recovery, and others concerned about the health of gender and sexual minorities.

National Black Gay Men's Advocacy Coalition

The coalition is committed to improving the health and well-being of Black Gay Men through advocacy that is focused on research, policy, education and training. The Coalition is principally a policy driven coalition of organizations and members are committed to saving the lives of Black Men.

The National Black Justice Coalition

NBJC is a civil rights organization dedicated to empowering Black lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people. Its mission is to end racism and homophobia. As America's only nationwide Black gay civil rights organization, NBJC is the authoritative source on LGBT issues as they affect Black communities. NBJC develops and publishes a series policy statements and policy white Papers on Health care and other issues including women's health, HIV/AIDS, and health care financing.

The National Center for Lesbian Rights

The National Center for Lesbian Rights is a national legal organization committed to advancing the civil and human rights of LGBT people and their families through litigation, public policy advocacy, and public education. NCLR’s health advocacy is focused on eradicating barriers faced by LGBT people in accessing health care or protecting themselves and their family members in times of crisis. Whether making arrangements for living wills, entering senior or convalescent facilities, undergoing sex reassignment treatment, or planning a family, NCLR works to ensure all people are treated with dignity and respect.

The National Center for Transgender Equality

NCTE is a social justice organization dedicated to advancing the equality of transgender people through advocacy, collaboration and empowerment. NCTE provides a consistent voice in Washington DC for transgender people by monitoring federal activity and communicating this activity to our members around the country, providing congressional education, and establishing a center of expertise on transgender issues. NCTE also maintains a federal transgender activists’ network.

The National Coalition for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Health

The National Coalition is committed to improving the health and well-being of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender individuals and communities through public education, coalition building and advocacy that focus on research, policy, education and training.

The National Gay and Lesbian Task Force Policy Institute: NGLTF

The National LGBT Cancer Network

The National LGBT Cancer Network works to improve the lives of LGBT cancer survivors and those at risk by: EDUCATING the LGBT community about our increased cancer risks and the importance of screening and early detection; TRAINING health care providers to offer more culturally-competent, safe and welcoming care; and ADVOCATING for LGBT survivors in mainstream cancer organizations, the media and research.

The National Youth Advocacy Coalition

NYAC is a social justice organization that advocates for and with young people who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, or questioning (LGBTQ) in an effort to end discrimination against these youth and to ensure their physical and emotional well-being.

ONE: National Gay & Lesbian Archives

The ONE National Gay & Lesbian Archives honors the past, celebrates the present, and enriches the future of all lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people. We foster acceptance of sexual and gender diversity by supporting education and research about our heritage and experience worldwide. ONE is dedicated to collecting, preserving, documenting, studying, and communicating our history, our challenges, and our aspirations.

Parents, Families & Friends of Lesbians & Gays

PFLAG is a national organization with over 500 affiliate groups who promote the health and well-being of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender persons, their families and friends through: support, to cope with an adverse society; education, to enlighten an ill-informed public; and advocacy, to end discrimination and to secure equal civil rights.

Services and Advocacy for Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual & Transgender Elders: SAGE

SAGE has been the leading force in the LGBT aging field since the organization was founded in 1978. As the oldest and largest organization of its kind in the world, SAGE provides the most expansive and robust service programs for LGBT older people as well as the most reliable, long-standing and visible advocacy platform from which to articulate the needs of this critically under-served population.

The Transgender Health Action Coalition

T-HAC is a coalition of transactivists and transfriendly supporters working together to define ourselves, our needs, and our diversity, as individuals and organizational representatives to address the lack of access to quality medical and mental health services Transgender people face regardless of which segment of the community they are from.

The Trevor Project

The Trevor Project is the leading national organization focused on crisis and suicide prevention efforts among lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) youth.

Rainbow World Fund

Rainbow World Fund (RWF) is an international relief agency based in the gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and friends community. RWF’s mission is to promote LGBT philanthropy in the area of world humanitarian relief. RWF works to help people who suffer from hunger, poverty, disease, oppression and war by raising awareness and funds to support relief efforts around the world.

The Williams Institute

The Williams Institute advances sexual orientation law and public policy through rigorous, independent research and scholarship, and disseminates it to judges, legislators, policymakers, media and the public. A national think tank at UCLA Law, the Williams Institute produces high quality research with real-world relevance.

The World Professional Association for Transgender Health

WPATH is an international multidisciplinary professional Association whose mission is to promote evidence based care, education, research, advocacy, public policy and respect in transgender health.

Zuna Institute

The AIDS Activites Coordinating Office: AACO

AACO is the office within the City of Philadelphia Department of Public Health which coordinates, supports and promotes programs for the prevention & treatment of HIV disease and AIDS. AACO’s goal for quality management is to use high quality data to continually improve access to high quality HIV care and prevention services. The primary focus of AACO's Education & Training Unit is to develop and provide HIV/AIDS Education & Prevention Services Training Programs to Community-based Organizations in Philadelphia’s Regional Network of Providers.

AIDS Library

A project of Philadelphia Fight, the mission of the AIDS Library is to improve access to health and support services, prevent HIV transmission, and raise the public awareness of HIV/AIDS related issues.
 

AIDS Services in Asian Communities: ASIAC

ASIAC is a community based organization dedicated to providing culturally sensitive and language appropriate HIV and other related services to Asians & Pacific Islanders (APIs) and their partners, family members, friends and service providers in the Philadelphia area.

The Black Gay Men's Leadership Council

The Black Gay Men's Leadership Council is a volunteer-run, nonprofit organization established in 2005 to meet the varied social, political and health needs of Black gay men in Philadelphia. This Blog is a way for us to educate the Black gay male and larger LGBT community about issues that pertain to our lives as we strive to build stronger and healthier communities.

Blacks Educating Blacks About Sexual Health Issues: BEBASHI

BEBASHI is a full-service HIV/AIDS case management agency with a special interest in serving low-income people of color with HIV disease. Our mission is to provide culturally sensitive health related information, direct service, research, and technical assistance to the urban community.

The Bryson Institute of the Attic Youth Center

The Bryson Institute is committed to improving the climate and support systems for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning (LGBTQ) youth. By providing education, outreach, and consultation services to schools, service agencies, faith communities, families, and neighborhoods, we seek to create more supportive and affirming environments for all youth.

The Colours Organization, Inc.

The COLOURS Organization, Inc. was established in 1991 to respond to the lack of positive and progressive educational advocacy and support mechanisms for LGBT people of color in the Greater Philadelphia area. COLOURS seeks to accomplish this through a variety of activities aimed at attacking the underpinnings of disempowerment and despair in our community, activities which improve information sharing, enhance self-esteem, and support and develop the talent, beauty, strength and courage of LGBT people of color.

Congregation Beth Ahavah

Delaware Valley's GLBT Jewish community welcomes people of all gender and sexual identities. We are committed to providing a comfortable place for people of all sexual orientations and religious affiliations to experience Judaism. Beth Ahavah participates with the AIDS Information Network, Equality Forum, and other groups and is a member of the Jewish Working Group on AIDS. The congregation is also a member of the World Congress of Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender Jews: Keshet Ga'avah.

Congreso De Latinos Unidos

Congreso's mission is to strengthen Latino communities through social, economic, education, and health services; leadership development; and advocacy. Nearly 10,000 HIV positive and at-risk individuals are served annually through Programa Esfuerzo, an HIV prevention effort that emphasizes HIV awareness and understanding.

Equality Forum

The Gay and Lesbian Latino AIDS Education Initiative: GALAEI

GALAEI is a non profit organization devoted to creating an awareness of the issues that affect Philadelphia’s Latino lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender communities. GALAEI’s work focuses on improving the quality of life for all Latinos and LGBT people, especially in the area of HIV/AIDS and other health related issues, and seeks to demand accountability from all systems that serve them through education, representation and advocacy.

Giovanni's Room Bookstore

A landmark LGBTQ Community resource center for all published LGBTQ information, reference materials and literature, now the oldest and largest collection of current and backlist LGBTQ books, periodicals, audio, video and ephemera for sale.

Barbara Gittings Gay & Lesbian Collection in the Free Library of Philadelphia

Founded in 2001, the Gittings Collection of gay and lesbian materials is named in honor of the late Barbara Gittings, an early pioneer in the fight for gay and lesbian civil rights. The Gittings Collection, the second largest (after San Francisco Public Library) gay and lesbian collection in a public library, features over 1500 items including books, music, DVDs, audiobooks, and periodicals.
 

LGBTI Elder Initiative

The Drexel Program for LGBT Health has joined the consortium of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgendered organizations and a number of area senior services groups to launch the Delaware Valley LGBT Elder Initiative. A Senior Summit was conducted on Friday, October 15th, 2010 at the William Way Center. Photos and recordings from the Summit are available at the LGBTI/EI website. Watch for forthcoming reports outlining our progress in bringing senior services to a currently under-served sector of the community.

Mazzoni Center, Philadelphia

Mazzoni Center is the only health care provider in the Philadelphia region specifically targeting the unique health care needs of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender communities. Founded in 1979, it is also the oldest AIDS service organization in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the fourth oldest in the nation.
 

NewsJersey

Philadelphia Black Gay Pride, Inc.

Philadelphia Black Gay Pride is committed to promoting unity among African Americans and people of African Descent who are sexual and gender minorities. The organization produces an annual celebration of “Black Pride”, and organizes a variety of activities throughout the year in Philadelphia that encourage and advocate for the spiritual, emotional, intellectual and physical health and well being of all related communities.

Philadelphia Fight

Philadelphia FIGHT is a comprehensive AIDS service organization providing primary care, consumer education, advocacy and research on potential treatments and vaccines. FIGHT sponsors the Jonathan Lax Treatment Center, which practices primary-care HIV medicine and the Institute for Community Justice to reduce not only the number of people in prison living with HIV, but also the lasting effects of mass imprisonment on communities most affected. Through research and advocacy, FIGHT works to amplify existing best practices, ?push for needed policy change, and realize a vision for community-led transformative justice.
 

Philadelphia Gay News: PGN

PGN is the area’s largest and oldest publication targeted to the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community publishing weekly with special issues to highlight areas such as health, marriage, legislation and rights as well as sensitive issues like LGBT suicide and homelessness. As a community newspaper, PGN’s mission is to be a platform for the LGBT community to communicate with each other on all their various viewpoints, as well as to communicate with the mainstream/ally community.

Philly Pride Presents

Producers of Philadelphia’s annual LGBT Pride Parade & Festival each June, and Pridefest celebrating National Coming Out Day in October, Philly Pride provides a venue for the local LGBT Community organizations and individuals to join together in celebration and promotion of LGBT rights and visibility through outreach, consciousness-raising, and education.

Prevention Point Philadelphia

Prevention Point Philadelphia is a multi-service public health organization committed to a community-based model that seeks to minimize the adverse consequences of injection drug use and sex work, such as HIV or Hepatitis C infection. PPP meets drug users where they are, providing information and access to treatment for people with dignity and respect. PPP promotes harm reduction through syringe exchange, medical care, social services, and referrals to drug treatment.

Public Health Management Corporation

PHMC runs more than 200 programs providing direct resources and care to thousands of individuals and communities across the region. PHMC and its affiliates offer a broad array of programs spanning behavioral health/recovery, nurse-managed primary care, chronic disease management and prevention, tobacco control, obesity prevention, early intervention, HIV/AIDS, violence intervention, homeless health services, parenting supports for families, and much more, plus the research and evaluation that allow to assess and target health issues effectively.

The Safeguards Project & The LGBT Health Resource Center

The mission of The SafeGuards Project & LGBT Health Resource Center is to enhance the health of LGBT individuals and communities, to advance the knowledge of health issues affecting these communities and to develop public health programs that promote healthy change on an individual, group, and institutional level. We accomplish these goals through community-based participatory research, collaborative programs, and advocacy.

The William Way Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center

The William Way Center encourages, supports, and advocates for the wellbeing and acceptance of sexual and gender minorities. Special Programs target Seniors, LGBTQ Youth, Bisexuals, Transgender Individuals and LGBT people in recovery, HIV testing and peer counseling. The Center houses an extensive library of LGBT materials and an archive of rare books, periodicals, video, audio and other materials documenting LGBT community history.

Women in Transition: WIT

WIT provides empowerment counseling, referrals and advocacy to women in Philadelphia who are endangered by domestic violence and/or substance abuse. WIT also provides trainings, workshops, and systems advocacy in the community in an effort to build a society that will no longer tolerate violence against women and children.

The Womyn's Village

The Womyn's Village is the first womyn owned and operated, spiritually, socially, culturally and politically based think tank targeting a black African heritage, Asian, Latina and Native American lesbian, bisexual, transgender and two spirited constituency of womyn in Philadelphia. We are policy advocates, consultants, counselors and engaged change agents providing health and community outreach and resource support.

Drexel University College of Medicine Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender People in Medicine: DUCOM LGBTPM

DUCOM LGBTPM provides a welcoming and accepting environment for LGBT Students and Allies as Drexel’s chapter of the American Medical Student Association. (AMSA is the oldest and largest independent association of physicians-in-training in the United States.)
 

The Drexel University Office of Equality and Diversity: OED

Drexel's OED is committed to promoting, supporting, and providing resources to sustain a living, learning, and working environment of diversity, equality, fairness, inclusion, and respect where all members of the University community are valued. OED is responsible for ensuring that the University complies with its own policies and with federal, state, and local laws prohibiting discrimination and harassment based upon race; color; religion; gender; pregnancy; national origin; age; disability; sexual orientation, gender identity and expression; and veteran status.

Foundation of Undergraduates for Sexual Equality: FUSE

FUSE is a non-exclusive undergraduate student organization that strives to promote acceptance, understanding, unity, and empowerment among Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Questioning, and Ally individuals. The objective is to develop a diverse, supportive, educational, constructive, and social atmosphere. Through the strategic use of information, guidance, and recreation FUSE will serve as network and resource to unify the LGBTQA community with Drexel University and the city of Philadelphia.

LGBT College Scholarships

A growing number of scholarships are devoted exclusively to students who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender. Some scholarships are available nationally, and other scholarships are exclusively devoted to students from specific geographic regions. These populations have become much more visible within higher education, but still face formidable social challenges. Scholarships reflect the trend in diversity: encourage students of all backgrounds to participate to their highest potential.

OUTLAW: Gay, Lesbian, Bi-sexual and Transgendered Law Students at Drexel

The objective of the Earle Mack School of Law at Drexel University OUTLAW chapter is to promote the recognition and raise awareness of LGBT issues in the legal community. OUTLAW is dedicated to promoting diversity and tolerance of LGBT individuals both within Drexel Law and the Philadelphia area as a whole. We strive to foster a sense of unity and cohesion within the Drexel Law LGBT community, their friends and supporters as well as to promote awareness of LGBT legal issues. We also maintain contacts with LGBT organizations within neighboring law schools as well as the LGBT legal organizations of greater Philadelphia.

The AIDS Law Project of Pennsylvania is the nation's only independent public-interest law firm dedicated to AIDS and HIV. The agency has risen to the defense of more than 28,000 people free of charge, and has educated more than 31,000 others on AIDS-related legal issues. Information has been shared with doctors, dentists and other health-care providers; outreach workers; peer counselors; medical students; law students; college students; lawyers; people living in homeless shelters; the newly diagnosed as well as long-term survivor support groups.
 

Center for Research on Health and Sexual Orientation: University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health

The Center for Research on Health and Sexual Orientation is committed to advancing research knowledge related to sexual minorities. Researchers associated with the center have developed and are conducting research to fully describe the nature of health issues related to sexual minorities and to promote positive change.

Central Pennsylvania Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce

The Central Pennsylvania Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce works to support diversity and assist Central Pennsylvania’s business community in pursuit of an ideal workplace, marketplace, industry and region. CPGLCC believes that diversity is a goal that can never be considered fully achieved in the business community.

Equality Advocates Pennsylvania

Equality Advocates' mission is to achieve equality for LGBT individuals in Pennsylvania through direct legal services, education and policy reform. Founded in 1996, Equality Advocates is the only organization in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania offering direct legal services for the LGBT community. Health issues they address include Domestic Partnership benefits, Transgender Health issues, Violence against LGBT people and healthcare & retirement planning for LGBT Seniors.

Gay and Lesbian Community Center of Pittsburgh

The Gay and Lesbian Community Center of Pittsburgh is a resource and information center with programs for LGBT youth, seniors and others.

Keystone Pride Recovery Initiative: Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare, Office of Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services LGBTQI Workgroup

The Keystone Pride Recovery Initiative (KPRI) Workgroup addresses issues of access to and inclusion in behavioral health services for LGBTQI consumers. KPRI develops recommendations that will benefit consumers seeking or being referred to behavioral health services throughout the Commonwealth by insuring quality care unimpeded by differences of sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression. Keystone Progress is a multi-issue advocacy organization with strong pro-LGBT civil rights platform.

The LGBT Community Center Coalition

The Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender Community Center Coalition is a volunteer-led effort to create a regionally representative community center that is both a location and a unifying point for Central Pennsylvania's large, diverse and multi-county LGBT population.

Northeast Pennsylvania Rainbow Alliance

GayNePA is a community networking and development organization for the Greater Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, Hazelton, and Poconos Regions.

Pennsylvania Diversity Network

PDN is an organization that serves the Greater Lehigh Valley and Berks County community by fostering strength in the LGBT community by providing news, information, presentations, health programs, events, and other services.

Silent Witness Peacekeepers Alliance (SWPA)

SWPA is an organization of gay and straight allies dedicated to providing a non-confrontational buffer between those who condemn others based on their sexual orientation or identity and those they condemn. WSPA has held silent witness activities in central PA region - including Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, Reading, Allentown, Kutztown, Millersville, and Shippensburg - and as far away as Charlotte, NC.
