Ann Torregrossa
Ann Torregrossa, is an attorney specializing in publicly funded health care. She co-founded the Pennsylvania Health Law Project and worked in the Rendell Administration in Harrisburg for 8 years in health policy, including being Director of the Governor’s Office of Health Care Reform. Most recently, she is the Executive Director of the PA Health Funders Collaborative, a group of several dozen health foundations seeking to positively impact health policy at the state and federal levels.
