The GROW Project works closely with a variety of community partners and collaborators to achieve their mission.

Philadelphia Partners

Greater Philadelphia Coalition Against Hunger
The Greater Philadelphia Coalition Against Hunger serves as an information clearinghouse and a catalyst for collective action around the issue of hunger in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Their education and advocacy programs work to empower emergency food providers, to inform and mobilize concerned citizens and to help shape public policy.

SHARE Food Program
The Share Food Program is a state supported emergency food program that offers food and groceries at greatly reduced prices to individuals and community groups, in exchange for a few hours a month of community service.

Philabundance
Philabundance works to end hunger and malnutrition in the Delaware Valley by rescuing surplus food and distributing it to local organizations serving people in need. They have developed specific programs to address the nutritional needs of vulnerable populations, particularly children and seniors.

Community Legal Services of Philadelphia
Community Legal Services helps low-income Philadelphia residents with legal problems by providing them with advice and representation in civil matters, advocating for their legal rights and conducting community education about legal issues.

PathWaysPA
PathWays helps to keep low-income, vulnerable mothers together with their children through shelter and supportive services, job training and employment assistance for families who live in Philadelphia, Delaware, and Chester counties.

Philadelphia Citizens for Children and Youth
Philadelphia Citizens for Children and Youth is an organization dedicated to improving the lives of children by increasing the public’s awareness of children’s needs, increasing the resources for children and families, improving the health of children by maximizing access to affordable health care and by assuring the implementation of funding of public policies which promote stable children and families.

The Food Trust
The Food Trust works on initiatives to improve food access, education and marketing campaigns to help consumers improve their health, and public policies to advance these initiatives.

NDS helps organizations get meals and food for children and families

St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children
St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children is a 161 bed hospital devoted to providing comprehensive care for all children and youth who seek their care or are referred to them. They are committed to providing high-quality, family-centered care in a collaborative, nurturing and culturally diverse environment.
