GROW Director speaks at the National Summit on America's Children

Dr. Deborah Frank, director of the Boston GROW Clinic, spoke at House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's first National Summit on America's Children.  Dr. Frank spoke about the role of income and family support in raising America's children and how it impacts their wellbeing.

During the summit Speaker Pelosi read aloud question that a physician had asked in regards to the correlation between housing and the welfare of children. Madam Pelosi motioned for Dr. Frank to answer the question, and her response may be viewed below.

The summit brought together researchers from the private and public sectors and legislators to present the latest early childhood development research in order to ensure that federal child policy is developed using the most current scientific evidence.
