On Wednesday, July 23, 2008, Dr. Diana Cutts, Principal Investigator of C-SNAP Minneapolis, testified before the Committee on Agriculture, Subcommittee on Department Operations, Oversight, Nutrition, and Forestry of the United States House of Representatives. Her testimony entitled, “The Short and Long Term Effects of Hunger in America” highlighted the work done by all C-SNAP sites in our continued efforts to inform national policies regarding childhood hunger. Her testimony was entered into the Congressional Record. Others on the docket are Mark Nord of USDA/ERS and Jim Weill, President of FRAC.
