The Marketing and Public Relations Office at the School of Public Health coordinates marketing and comunications for the school with all internal and external audiences. The office ensures that all school communications serve the School of Public Health's mission and goals and adhere to Drexel University policy and standards. Media Relations
The News Center helps foster a positive image of the School of Public Health by highlighting achievements, communicating important messages, and connecting journalists to experts. The News Center is the point of contact for print, broadcast, and online media outlets reporting on the School of Public Health.
Publications
The News Center provides strategic, editorial, and design services for the School of Public Health. The office's publications Interaction magazine and a monthly, online newsletter. The center also provides communications support to the development, alumni and student affairs offices, as well as distirbutes routine announcements and notices to important audiences.
Advertising and Marketing
News Center staff work with officials from the University Communications office to help create, place and measure the effectiveness of school advertising and branding. The Dragon Agency is the university's in-house advertising agency, providing strategic and creative services and leveraging Drexel's combined ad buying power.
Web Communications
News Center staff oversee the School of Public Health's core site, as well as several satellite sites for the school's various research centers and programs. The News Center also provides departmental support and establishes web site and online guidelines for the school.
