Professor John Rich, MD, MPH, was honored by the City Council of the City of Philadelphia for his receipt of a MacArthur Fellowship
earlier this year. The resolution affirming this honor was drafted by Councilman-At-Large James F. Kenney on October 19, and officially presented to Dr. Rich on December 7. The resolution may be
