Marty Moss-Coane is the host and executive producer of Radio Times, an award-winning public affairs interview program airing weekday mornings from on WHYY-91FM, the National Public Radio affiliate in Philadelphia; the program has received a number of awards from the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, American Women in Radio and Television, the National Women's Political Caucus, the Society of Professional Journalists, and the Pennsylvania Association of Broadcasters. Ms. Moss-Coane interviews many noted physicians and public health officials on public health topics such as AIDS, stem cell research, obesity, skin cancer, SARS, pain management, sleep disorders, the flu vaccine and health insurance. She is a faculty member and web-broadcaster for the online health-related sites Healthology.com and Medbroadcast.com. She has twice received the honor of “Best Radio Talk Show Host” from Philadelphia Magazine.

Muralist Jane Golden uses her vision of art as a medium for social change. A native of Margate, NJ, Ms. Golden became a mural painter in Los Angeles in 1977, after graduating with degrees in fine arts and political science from Stanford University. Her first mural, a 20-foot by 100-foot depiction of Ocean Park Pier in Santa Monica, CA, became an historic landmark in 1984. Later in the 1980s, she joined the City of Philadelphia’s Anti Graffiti Network (PAGN), and after working on several large-scale projects was promoted to Artistic Director of the mural component under PAGN. Today, Ms. Golden is the Director of the Mural Arts Program (under the City of Philadelphia's Dept. of Recreation), and has tirelessly guided the program in the creation of over 2,400 murals as well as its four art-education programs, which serve nearly 1,500 youths. Jane Golden is the co-author of Philadelphia Murals and the Stories They Tell and has received many awards in recognition of her work.
