Lighten Up Philly

The School of Public Health celebrated Public Health Week 2005 with its Lighten Up Philly campaign, including a sponsored run up six flights of Philadelphia City Hall steps on the morning of Tuesday, April 5. Students, faculty and local health and government officials turned out in force to take part. This Lighten Up Philly event was highlighted by the issuance of a Proclamation from Mayor John F. Street, recognizing April 4-10 as Public Health Week in Philadelphia.
