Faculty Grants

Faculty at the School of Public Health are committed to obtaining grants and awards which allow them to conduct research identifying societal conditions required for people to be healthy, and to advance practices that improve the health of vulnerable populations. The School is dedicated to its mission of enhancing the health of communities by seeking funding to create partnerships based on community values, strengths, and assets. To aid their research, grants and awards come from a variety of sources: private and federal, local and national. Some of our strongest support for the School comes from the National Institute of Health and the United States Department of Health and Human Service’s Office of Minority Health.
