Global Health WASH Certificate

In many low- and middle-income countries a major barrier to scaling up access to water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) is the lack of trained health workers. To address this challenge, Drexel’s Dornsife School of Public Health is working with World Vision International and the Desert Research Institute (DRI) to provide training and action research for health workers.

The graduate certificate program is conducted through a combination of in-person and online instruction and includes courses related to behavior change, monitoring and evaluation, hygiene promotion, sanitation and a mentored capstone research project.
